I, ________________________________________________, as a member of the Olympic Arms Dealer Distributor Program do hereby agree to the following:

Neither I, nor any representative of my organization/company will advertise any product pricing in any nationally distributed/accessible media, be it electronic or print, that reflects a retail price to the retail public that is less than 10% over the current published Olympic Arms Dealer pricing.

[“Nationally distributed/accessible media” is defined as any media source that is published for, or generally available and accessible to the retail buying public]

[“Retail buying Public” is defined as any potential customer who is not a Federal Firearms License holder as issued by the BATF]

[Examples of “nationally distributed/accessible media” would be Shotgun News, Gun List, any on-line Internet marketing site such as www.gunsamerica.com, www.gunbroker.com and others, or any national media print publications such as Guns & Ammo, Shooting Times, or similar magazines. These publications represent only a few possibilities and in no way is this agreement limited to just these examples.]

[Olympic Arms Dealer pricing can be found in the annual print catalog, or via secure access to the Dealer Only section of the Olympic Arms web site located at www.olyarms.com.]

I will, from this date forward, limit my advertising of dealer level pricing to national media sources, print or electronic, that are only available exclusively to Federal Firearms License holders only.

Due to the seriousness of this situation, the nature of the potential damage to the marketplace for all dealers in Olympic Arms products, and the speed at which this damage can occur due to the world-wide reaches of instantaneous electronic media, Dealer Distributors found to violate this advertised pricing policy could have their rights and privileges as participants in the Olympic Arms Dealer Distributor program revoked immediately, and at any time after such violations have been found by, or reported to Olympic Arms, Inc.
