Olympic Arms was sent this Glock 21 from a contractor that we make barrels for. Prelimnary determinations at this time point to a double charge of a strong powder, possibly Unique, Bullseye, Accurate #2, etc.

It is unknown what, if any, injuries were sustained by the shooter. The pistol was in one piece when we received it, and we disassembled it here. There was no trigger on the gun; it appears to have been broken off from the explosion. There is little to no room under the trigger assy. for a finger. To the credit of the Glock, only one frame/slide point "disappeared".
