Itinerary:

0800   Meet at the Olympic Arms manufacturing facility Saturday, September 11th, 2004.

This time period will include the passing out of the "goodie bags". What is a "goodie bag" you ask? Well, the goodie bag is a promotional bag filled with all kinds of neat information, donations from industry related businesses, an Olympic Arms catalog, new product information, discount coupons etc. Just a little token of our appreciation to say, "Thanks" for attending.

SECRET SURPRISES! Randomly inserted in your goodie bags will be free tickets for raffles and coupons for Oly products and more!

0815 hrs The day begins!

The Tour

We will begin with an introduction to Robert C. Schuetz, founder, President, and CEO of Olympic Arms. We will then move on to a tour of the facility. This tour will take us through the manufacturing facility covering everything we currently do from barrels to receivers, you name it, you'll see it.

With the number of people expected at this years event, the tour will be given in groups of 25 or 30, and we will take as many groups as ncessary through until al those who have pre-registered have been given the tour.

PHOTORAPHY IS RESTRICTED IN THE MANUFACTURING FACILITY. Restricted, but not prohibited. We'll let you know when photos are not permitted, but we do want you to enjoy the tour and take home some memories as well. This may seem unreasonable, but we do have some patented proprietary manufacturing processes that we would like to keep that way.

1015 hrs. NLT time for leaving for Evergreen Sportsmen's Club

Because we are on a tight schedule, and there are only so many daylight hours, we will have to make our hit times. No delays will be tolerated. If you have questions regarding the tour that we do not have time to answer on site, please write them down or remember them because there will be Q & A time at the range facility.

1045-1100 hrs Regrouping from the drive to the range.
Refreshments provided prior to classroom instruction.

1100 hrs-1300/1330 hrs. Begin Classroom instruction.

Even though this is identified as "classroom" time, it will be very informal, and in fact may not even be in a classroom.

We will begin with introductions, recognition of Sponsors and then move on to a history of Olympic Arms. We will discuss Olympics roll in today's firearms industry and our leadership position in the field of AR-15 development. Olympic Arms, past, present and future.

We will then move into a new products discussion with hands on close ups of the new products. This will include but will not be limited to Maxhard®, Blak-Tac® products. We will also go over the new Premium AR line, the Plinker Plus line, the Westerner line of 1911's, and the new Wolverine Pistol.

At this point Steve Houseman will join us. Steve Houseman is our in house expert AR gunsmith, and 27 year veteran of Olympic Arms. A better, more knowledgeable AR 'smith does not exist on this planet. He will be assembling a AR-15 styler carbine for all to see and learn right in front of our eyes. We will then use this carbine in the days shoot, and give it away at the end of the day to the lucky raffle winner!

By assembling the gun right there, the attendees will get to experience the thrill of seeing an AR go from a bag of parts to a working and accurate firearm right before their eyes. Proceeds from the raffle will be used to pay for the day's events. Any profits will be donated directly to the Evergreen Sportsmen's Club.

This period will culminate with a question and answer session, and if I am able to contact and confirm a guest speaker, it will also take place during the classroom portion of the day's events. Possible guest speakers include Kirby Wilbur, and possibly someone from the John Carlson for (Washington State) Governor camp.

1300-1400 hrs. Set Up/Movement to Range area, and BBQ Lunch!!

The BBQ lunch will be excellent. Lunch will be served until everyone is fed. You can choose to eat first, and shoot later, or eat first and shoot later. If we get the crowd we are expecting, we will need a couple of hours at least to feed everyone.

1400-1700 hrs Range time.

This time will include the hands on use and live firing of a wide variety of Olympic Arms products to include but not be limited to:

PCR-1P
PCR-SMP
FAR-15
LTM4
Pistol caliber upper/carbine
The Plinker PLUS
Sample of Olympic Arms 1911 Pistols

1700 hrs - ? Refreshments, door prizes, gun raffle and bull session.

This typical end of day event will include the disposition of the door prizes, and end with the raffle of the CAR-97. We will hang about telling stories and discussing the day's events as long as people choose to hang around. Hopefully, all will part in good spirits having had a fun filled and educational day.
