Standard kits include a fully assembled, headspaced and test fired 16" post-ban A2 upper receiver unit and all other parts needed to assemble an entire rifle except the stripped lower receiver. Yes, this includes the bolt carrier assembly and charging handle. What this means is that if you have a stripped lower receiver, this kit will provide everything you need to finish the weapon.

Dealers with an FFL cannot order kits without a lower receiver. FFL dealers may order kits with lowers, however FET will be applied to the sale. See the dealer section of our web site for all the details.
