ATTENTION OLYMPIC ARMS CUSTOMERS!!
Due to the current high demand for AR-15 products, and the unusually high volume of calls we are experiencing, customer service incoming inquiries via telephone are taking quite some time to field. Please expect and allow for a 5-10 minute wait on hold until we can get to your call.
If you are calling to get the status of a backorder:
1. All we can tell you is if the order has shipped. If it has shipped, we will be happy to provide you with tracking information if you have not received a UPS Quantum View notification. If your order has not shipped, we cannot at this time provide ANY expected delivery schedule. DO NOT ASK WHEN YOUR ORDER WILL SHIP. We are working overtime in all areas, and are shipping product faster and in greater volumes than ever before. All without any effect on quality control.
Because of these high call volumes, the best, most reliable way to communicate with us is via email.
2. Please go to our Contact Us page for details on who to contact regarding your specific question or issues. If you choose to call us, please be patient, and we will get to your call in the order it was received as quickly as we possibly can.
Some particular issues of interest: 1. 7.62x39 magazines: Currently out of Stock.
2. T3 Forged lowers; assembled or stripped: Currently not available. We are so back ordered in lowers that we are currently not taking orders for lowers, stripped or assembled. All lowers are being used for the assembly of complete firearms.
3. 22 L.R. Conversion Kits: Backordered severely. 6 months or more for new orders placed after 4 November.
4. 300 Fireball barrels/uppers: Currently not in production. We have no idea when the next production run for the 300 Fireball barrels will take place. 6-12 months is a reasonable estimate.
5. 45 ACP Upper Conversions: Severe backorder. 4-6 moths minimum. Additionally, we are still currently out of 45 ACP magazines. At this point in time, requesting that an upper or complete 45 ACP firearm ship without a magazine will not speed delivery.
