TheK23PUR-OR is a 100% complete upper (including bolt carrier assembly, and charging handle), that is head-spaced, test fired and ready to drop on your legal pistol lower, or legally registered Short Barreled Rifle.
Reliable and accurate, the K23PUR has a 6.5" 416 SS barrel with a 1x7" twist, aluminum free-float handguard (with quad-rail option), standard with a picatinny flat-top upper, picatinny gas block, and A2 flash suppressor.
Chambered in 5.56x45 NATO, so it is capable of firing both military surplus 5.56x45 OR civilian .223 Remington ammunition.
