Our Plinker Plus Flat top model has all the great features of current AR-15 models and does not allow any factory installed options. The PPFT Fluted is a Limited Edition model with all the same features as the standard Plinker Plus Flat-top unit, but with the addition of a fluted barrel. Fluted barrels reduce weight, add surface area for faster cooling thereby increasing barrel life, and adds structural rigidity reducing harmonic vibrations and increasing barrel consistency.
