The K23P9UR is a 100% complete Flat-top 9mm upper (including bolt carrier assembly, and charging handle), that is head-spaced, test fired and ready to drop on your legal pistol lower, or legally registered Short Barreled Rifle.
Reliable and accurate, the K23P9UR has a 6.5" 416 SS barrel chambered in the popular 9mm cartridge, having a forged picatinny flat-top upper receiver, aluminum free-float handguard (with quad-rail option), standard A-frame military front sight (with other options available), and A2 flash suppressor.
Comes standard with one Hi-capacity magazine.
