Our Warranty

Our goal at Olympic Arms is to lead the industry in customer service and satisfaction. For this reason, we are proud to offer the most complete limited factory warranty of its kind.

We will warranty all parts and products produced by Olympic Arms Inc., against any and all manufacturer's defects in quality, materials and workmanship, which effect the satisfactory operation of the parts or products in question for the lifetime of the parts or products to the original owner. This warranty is non-transferable. This includes fit, feed and function (using quality magazines and ammunition). Obvious factory defects are warranted for the lifetime of the firearms wether you are the original owner or not! (This portion of the warranty does not apply to Law Enforcement, Military or Range Rental sales)

Our warranty is limited to repair or replacement of only those parts determined to be detective by the factory, as necessary to provide the customer with a properly operating finished product. We assume no liability for accidental or consequential damages.

The following items are specifically excluded from coverage under this warranty:

  • Normal wear of the protective finishes and of all metal or plastic parts.
  • Damage or malfunction resulting from accident, negligence, misuse or unauthorized repair or alteration.
  • Damage or malfunction resulting from barrel obstructions.
  • Damage or malfunction resulting from the use of other than factory SAAMI spec. ammunition.
  • Damage resulting from the use of ANY imported, handloaded, factory re-manufactured, or non-brass cased ammunition.
  • Any finished products (completed rifle or pistol kits, uppers, lowers, barrel units, etc.) NOT fully assembled at the factory.
  • Any parts and or components not manufactured by Olympic Arms (specifically the T48-2000 FAL rifles assembled using imported parts kits).

Satisfaction Guarantee

Above and beyond that, we guarantee complete customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied for any product or warranty related reason* with anything purchased directly from Olympic Arms, simply return it to us within 60 days along with a copy of the original invoice, and we will be happy to provide you with a replacement of equal value, in-house credit, or a refund** (S&H Charges are not refunded), your choice.

This Satisfaction Guarantee also applies to all firearms purchased through an FFL dealer. If within 60 days from the date of the purchase of the firearm from your dealer you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, your dealer may return it to us for a full refund of his entire purchase price (S&H charges are not refundable). No problem.

NOTE: We cannot dictate the in-store policy of a private FFL dealer. Some dealers provide for cash refunds while others only offer in-store credit or no returns at all. Check with your dealer before you make your purchase! We just want you the consumer to know that if the dealer purchased the firearms directly from Olympic Arms, and he sends it back to us, we will happily refund his purchase price. Whether you are fully refunded by the dealer is completely up to the policy of the dealer and 100% completely out of our control. Sorry, but we hope you understand.

* Product or warranty related reason: is defined as being any warranty or service/repair issue, -or- deficiancy in the advertised perfomance of the product in question. It does not apply to dealers and/or individuals who after having received product "A", feel as though product "B" would be better suited for their needs. In cases such as this, exchanges can be made on new unfired product returned in its original packaging along with a copy of the original sales invoice, however restocking fees (15%) may apply.

** Refund: Refunds made on returns based on our advertised Lifetime Warranty and/or Satisfaction Guarantee are made as follows: All credit card purchases will be refunded directly to the credit card on which the original purchase was made. Cash purchases, or COD orders will be refunded via an Olympic Arms company check to be issued no earlier than 5 days after the return has been recieved. Shipping and handling charges are not refunded unless the product returned is determined to have been defective from the time it left the factory, and are not refunded or credited on non-warranty related exchanges. No exceptions.
