Q:  When will my order be shipped?

A: This is a very common question to which there is not a common answer.  When we ship your order depends largely on what you have on order, inventory availability, and product demand. These conditions change regularly. To recieve the best, most up-to-date informartion on you can get on shipping times, please call our toll free number at 800-228-3471, and talk to one of our friendly and knowledgeable sales staff.

For a general idea, based on current shipping periods for Fall 2014:

• Complete guns average a 2-3 days lead time depending on the specific model and configuration.
  1. Some models may be in stock with our Distributors.
  2. Some models may have a minimum 90 day lead time based on customized options.
  3. Custom shop orders have a minimum 90 day lead time because they are custom orders. .
• Top end assemblies average a 2-3 days lead time depending on the configuration.
  1. Sometimes top end assemblies ship faster if we can do several orders as a batch.
• Small parts and accessories typically ship within a couple days if they are in stock.
  1. Parts kits, accessories and upgrades that do not require installation or fitting on our part typically ship faster than assembled items like Top end assemblies or Complete guns.

Placing your order online, by phone or by fax are all equal.  No one method has special preference or priority than the other.  Your order will be processed in the order in which it was received.

Remember, Olympic Arms is a very popular firearms manufacturer.  In fact, we are the only manufacturer of AR-15 models that actually makes every major component of the AR15 in house.  No other AR-15 manufacturer can claim to machine their own parts.  We know this because often times other manufacturers have to order parts from us!
